Maintenance Service, Inc. is a pre-qualified subconstractor for the Virginia State Department of Transportation and is experienced in the following services:

MSI specializes in Fiber Optic and Cable Placement and the Area Supertindent has been in this field for 35 years, starting with C&P Telephone and working various projects throughout his years with Seacom, AT&T Broadband, Crown Fiber Communications, MCI Communications, the Virginia State Correctional Center, Telco, Verizon, Comcast Communications, Dominion Virginia Power and Team Fishel.
